Our Guarantee

At OrderSpike, we stand behind the quality of our analysis and reports. If you are not satisfied, we will make it right.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a seven-day satisfaction guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your report for any reason, contact us within seven days of purchase and we will issue a full refund.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically complete within five to seven business days.

How to Request a Refund

Please include:

• The email address used for purchase
• Your restaurant name or DoorDash listing
• A brief note indicating you would like a refund

We aim to respond within twenty-four hours.

Credit Policy

When you purchase the Menu Performance Analysis for $50, you receive a credit toward the Menu Optimization Blueprint ($250). You only pay the $200 difference when upgrading.

Credits are:

• Valid indefinitely
• Non-transferable
• Tied to the original email address and restaurant

If you request a refund for the Menu Performance Analysis, the associated credit is voided.

What Happens After a Refund

• Your original payment method will be credited within five to seven business days
• In most cases, you will retain access to your report
• Any unused credit toward the Blueprint will be voided

Non-Refundable Items

• Refund requests submitted more than seven days after purchase
• Done-For-You services already completed or materially started
• Waitlist deposits or future service reservations

All reports are generated using publicly available data. Refunds are not based on business results, performance outcomes, or platform policy changes. Revenue estimates are informational only.
