By accessing or using OrderSpike.co (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

OrderSpike provides menu analysis and optimization reports for restaurants operating on DoorDash:

Menu Performance Analysis ($50): A detailed diagnostic report identifying menu performance issues and revenue opportunities.
Menu Optimization Blueprint ($250): A comprehensive DIY implementation guide with rewritten copy, bundle strategies, photo guidance, and execution plan.

IMPORTANT: OrderSpike is an independent third-party service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with DoorDash, Inc.

3. Report Delivery

Reports are delivered electronically via email in PDF format, typically within ten minutes of purchase.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in USD. Payment is processed through Stripe. The $50 analysis is fully credited toward the Blueprint.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a satisfaction guarantee within seven days of purchase. See our Refund Policy.

6. Revenue Projections Disclaimer

Revenue estimates are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee future results. Our reports do not constitute business, financial, or legal advice.

7. Intellectual Property

All report content is the exclusive property of OrderSpike. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for internal business use.

8. Use of Service

Provide accurate information
Use the Service only for legitimate business purposes
Do not reverse engineer or misuse our methods
Do not abuse refund requests

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid.
